Big Belly
I got to work early this morning to get a good parking space. Unfortunately, I think I'd have to get there at about seven if I wanted a spot on the first floor of the garage.
Getting in early means that I can sneak into my office before anyone else is there.
The first day back was fine but I must admit that sitting for even two hours straight at a desk makes me really uncomfortable. The staff meeting was pushed back from ten to noon, so I didn't end up leaving the office for the day until about 1:30 pm.
It's going to take a little while for me to get back into the swing of things.
I think it probably would have helped if I had coffee too. I'm going to have to allow a little extra time to pick some of that up tomorrow.

I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago,but I cannot get rid of the big belly. Help!
Is the belly fat or is it inflammation?
Belly fat can mean that you have a hormone imbalance (especially if you're post menopausal) or an endocrine problem (thyroid or insulin resistance).
Belly swelling can be caused by varicose veins in the abdomen that keep fluids from being moved out of tissues as quickly as it's deposited.
I had a hysterectomy and my stomach is getting bigger. It seems as if I have pu on 50 lbs or so. I am diebetic, high blood pressure, an high cholesterol. please send some help for me.
I am 46, and recently had a total hysterectomy. It has been 11 days since abdominal surgery.Although I am up and about, since I had my 23 Metal staples removed, my incision leaks.Docs. say if no fever, and no redness or swelling, just put something over it to absorb it. How long does this go on? How will it ever heal/close if it keeps draining? Is there any words of advice out there from someone's experience?
This will happen for awhile. My doc explained it as internal inflamation from the surgery. It takes a while for all that to really heal. It's probably because you have been doing a lot, returning to work and all. Just rest when you can. After four months you'll start to feel better. I'm nearly to six months and am starting to feel like I did when I was a teenager - without all the baggage that comes with being a teenager. Sounds like things are going well for you! Yay!- Diana
