In this must-see 60 Minutes piece from November 4, 1979, Mike Wallace talks to President Ford, Dr. David Sencer (the head of the CDC at the time of the 1976 vaccination campaign), Judy Roberts (a woman who was permanently injured by the vaccine), and others about the lack of safety testing and propaganda that was used to get the public to take the vaccination.

One of the most troubling facts in the video is that the government told people that Mary Tyler Moore got the swine flu shot but in an interview with her in the piece, she says she never had the swine flu shot and never gave permission for the government to use her name in order to convince people to do so.
