Mood Of The Day

Oh... joined the Young Onset Parkinson's Association yesterday. Not specifically because I am a big joiner but because the support might be helpful in the long run and also the PD news they present seems very very current. They also host conferences and seminars so maybe I can get hooked in with one that way.
It seems the next YOPA conference will be in Albuquerque, NM, October 2 & 3 this year. Yesterday was the first I heard of that and of course it's way too soon to plan to make that one... hopefully another Southern conference will be held.

Day Two On Sinemet/Lexapro

It has to be purely psychological but I feel pretty good today.
I woke up less stiff than normal.
But it could just be the confluence of the new meds and me just having an "on" day. Impossible to say of course, I have to just take it at face value and go with it.
Hey, also got tired at a decent hour last night and got almost a full night's sleep.
If it is just psychological, so be it. I've never been one to be above using a mind game to accomplish a thing.
