Experimental Bird Flu Vaccine Looks Promising

Scientists looking for a vaccine against deadly avian influenza reported yesterday that they have developed a method that may allow for faster production and easier stockpiling of shots.

The experimental vaccine protected laboratory mice against the disease, and scientists said their goal is to test the vaccine in humans. (Boston Globe)
