Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune and neurological condition that affects the nervous system. About 400,000 people in the United States have MS. Common symptoms include muscle spasms, vision problems, tremors, numbness and tingling, balance problems, and mobility problems. Like most autoimmune diseases, it affects more women than men. In addition, people in northern climates also appear to be more prone to MS as well as Caucasians with ancestry in these northern regions.
