Sunday again

I am a lot luckier than a lot of people with agoraphobia. I have a support network consisting of my son, my fiance, his sons and his older brother. They are all there for me when I need them.  I also belong to an online support group on Yahoo for people with agoraphobia. That helps alot as well.

I just wanted to say Hi and that I think you're very brave for facing this. Also, you mentioned Clackamas Town Center. I live in Newberg, and my mother lives in Clackamas. Small world! I'll continue reading your blog with interest. ~Heather

Your story is truly inspiring for its ability to cut to the heart of the panic disorder. Thank you for writing. Please continue.

I believe it was me who said you were brave. I believe you are, in many ways. I have developed a mild case of agoraphobia, very mild, but bothersome. I have such a hard time conquering it, and it is pretty mild....yet you continue to go on with your day, when little things stop me in my tracks. You are an inspiration to me...really! Sometimes when I am in crouds I feel like if I don't escape I'll die. I get home and read your blog, and I then understand that I'm not going to die at all. Thank you for sharing, you've helped me more than you know. Hugs,Heather
