Lung Cancer Prevention: Eat Your Fruits and Veggies
A new study has shown that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables may lower the risk of lung cancer. In addition to not smoking, patients “should be informed that they may further reduce their risk of developing cancer by adopting a diet rich in fruits and vegetables,” states the editorial, published in The Journal of the American Medical Association.
